Combining his 30+ years as a licensed carpenter, his 18+ years as a first responder with both industrial rescue teams and volunteer fire services, a host of safety and rescue certifications and strong partnerships with well-respected manufacturers and service providers, Rob offers clients a full range of safety, access and rescue products, training, and services.

General Manager - Leona Brown

A graduate of Business Administration with an Economics major and a Green Belt in APICS Lean Process Improvement, Leona enjoyed a 25 year career at Canada's largest hard-goods retailer, Canadian Tire, in various leadership roles within Supply Chain and Procurement. Team sizes upward to 25 direct reports and operating budgets of $2.2 billion were part of Leona's direct responsibility during that time. Over the past 5 years, Leona has been consulting with small businesses going through transformational change. Recently, Leona has had the opportunity to teach 2 Supply Chain courses; Quality Improvement through Lean Six Sigma & Supply Chain Strategy and Technology at a local college.

Sales & Business Development Manager (Parts Division) - Martin Luttrell

Martin has held Senior Management roles for the majority of his career. He has held the role of General Manager for the last seven years with two companies, one of them being a major parts supplier both domestically and internationally. His experience in manufacturing, engineering, design, and business has been essential in growing companies through diversification. Martin has been directly involved in the manufacturing processes of OEM alternative parts to suppliers globally with much success.

Gerardo has vast experience in Procurement/Purchasing. He has been successful in achieving Senior Management positions throughout his career in the mining industry. Gerardo has a deep technical understanding of equipment along with experience in dealing with OEM and aftermarket suppliers - He has been aggressively sourcing quality suppliers for several years.

Alexandra graduated from Laurentian University with an Honors Specialization in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and with over 5 years of combined experience in the fields of health sciences, mining, construction, she has been a great fit to our team. She helps drive meaningful changes within the the field and beyond because Alexandra believes that health and wellness are an integral part of everyday living, both at home and in the workplace.
